Our Philosophy of Leadership
Everyone has innate leadership potential that gets conditioned into or out of us. The key is creating and supporting an environment that allows this potential to develop. This is best developed within the context of trusted relationships while meeting significant challenges at work and in life. Real growth cannot happen without support and truth.
We Define Great (Sage) Leaders as Those Who:
- Create a Vision
- Clearly articulate the vision to others
- Help others understand why the vision or goal is relevant
- Inspire others to align to the vision and make their best contributions
- Set standards to help others know how they are doing
- Give empowering feedback
- Celebrate successes
Sage Leaders may create something new and get others to follow, get out in front of a movement and organize it or emerge from the middle of chaos to organize and align others toward the collective vision or goal. They must carve a clear path or line of sight for others, stay connected to their own sources of inspiration and demonstrate wisdom.

Cultivating your own integration of body, mind and spirit is an essential practice for the age in which we are living. This allows you to have the focus, presence and awareness to be more in tune with your environment which better informs optimal decisions.
Focus #2: Resiliency
The embodiment of strength, intelligent optimism, flexibility and resourcefulness that give you the fortitude and buoyancy to bounce back from setbacks or significant challenges while attempting to realize your goals and dreams.
