Money Laundering Scheme - Where is integrity and executive leadership in New Jersey?

Clearly – out to lunch.After 10 years, they are JUST cracking the case? Why now? What took so long to nab these political and religious leaders – mayors, rabbis? Regardless of the collar or hat one wears, we are all human, potentially susceptible to corruption in this age that worships the dollar. On the heels of Maddoff, another scheme that prayed on people’s trust and good will. There must be checks and balances.

This consumer age has so many money hungry that all integrity and ethics are abandoned. How do you regain hope and trust?

While executive leadership gives privilege – at the end of the day it is a sacred position because people put their trust and hope in an individual or group of individuals to guide and lead them to achieving a collective goal. Executive Leadership is the highest form of service and therefore requires a deep wrestling with one’s ego and tempering one’s ambitions with service. Whatever happened to the notion of true leader as servant? We live in an age that many have violated this sacred trust. The hope for our collective future rests in our diligence to uncover violations, fortify a sense of integrity and rebuild trust in the role of the leader.
