- Supported Assimilation of Senior Executive for Global Manufacturing Organization. Worked with him and his team to help reset team’s functioning. Resulted in crystallized goals with greater buy-in and support for the business.
- Served as a resource to internal design team for first-run executive development program for senior executives for Global Organization. Client said it felt like consultant was an internal part of the team – the support was so instrumental and seamless. Program receives rave reviews and furthered CEOs agenda to drive a high performance culture – embedding tools, resources and assessments into the business and leadership agenda.
- Developed 360 assessment for a large city educational organization based on newly developed leadership competencies. Supported implementation and roll out of first-time use for high potential leadership as part of talent development initiative. Initiated culture shift to giving more candid, timely feedback.
- Partnered with client to design leadership competency model from empirical research based on high potential future leaders profile. Model served as foundation for all development efforts.
- Designed a strategy planning session for the leadership team of a mid-size technology company. Resulted in creating consensus with a previously “stuck” team, developed a stretch but realistic 3-year goal and implementation plan.
- Defined the strategy for identifying and developing the next generation of leaders for a Fortune 10 company. Resulted in more targeted, accelerated development.
- Created the learning strategy for a sales training organization by increasing synergies across the function, enabling development of more targeted implementations.
- Facilitated an executive development program for first-time executives with an emphasis on strategy and embodying “the executive difference.” This led to more effective strategic thinking, better integrated tactical plans and enhanced outcomes.
- Designed and facilitated a strategy planning session for the senior leadership team of a government-funded organization to enable better execution and secure future project funding.
- Served as a thought partner in the design of a leadership rotational program, which supported a best-practices model for more impactful implementation. Improved utilization of resources to catalyze high-potential talent.
