Eve has deep expertise in enabling organizations to deliver talent outcomes. She is recognized for her systems approach in addressing complex business challenges. This combined with her passion for coaching and developing leaders has led to a proven track record of impacting business results.
She is recognized for driving talent management strategies, partnering with senior leaders and HR to analyze business issues, and implement multifaceted solutions to improve performance and organizational effectiveness. Eve has worked extensively in Global Fortune 500 companies in creating a holistic approach to Talent Management/Succession Planning, Performance Management, and building a strong Leadership Pipeline. In addition, she has been entrusted by senior management to support them in building high-performance teams and managing cultural change.
Eve brings over two decades of broad business acumen, experience as an executive consultant and coach with passion to accelerate the success of leaders in transition (new role, broader role, promotions). She is Bi-lingual with English and Spanish and has supported Latin American regions in her previous roles. She is high-energy and a results-oriented professional with a passion for transformational leadership in highly matrixed organizations. She has industry experience in Technology, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Packaged Goods.
She holds an M.A. in Organization Development & Human Resources from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is married and lives in New York and enjoys traveling, cycling, skiing and most recently competitive ballroom dancing.
Linda Shaffer-Vanaria, Senior Consultant
Linda has extensive experience working with leaders in operational arenas helping them to innovate and evolve their mindset. She enables leaders to increase their leverage and make more conscious and confident decisions amidst the intensity of today’s business environment.
Having coached and consulted with over a thousand leaders in global organizations and government agencies (Defense Logistics Agency, General Accountability Office), she has found an increasing need and hunger for precision approaches to strategic thinking and decisive action.
Ms. Shaffer-Vanaria acquired and honed her expertise in Edge Performance from her 20+ year career and experiences as one of the first women U.S. Navy Test Pilots and Squadron Commanders. Following her tenure as a military officer, she worked as a member of an elite team of leadership and performance development professionals building global leadership bench-strength and business acumen capability throughout the reaches of a Global Oil Company.
Linda’s clients value her ability to impart her personal leadership experience and the vast wealth of knowledge she has acquired from working with leaders from a broad spectrum of business and culture. She is an expert at leading large scale coaching initiatives. She has been the Lead Coach of a supervisory coaching initiative which has coached over 4000 leaders in the largest government agency with measurable cultural transformation.
Kevin Moruzin, Senior Consultant
Kevin Moruzin is a Leadership and Organization Effectiveness consultant, specializing in improving leadership and team effectiveness, Strategic planning, tactical implementation of business priorities and end-to-end process improvement. Mr. Moruzin is a recognized expert in the application of a broad variety of organization change approaches that enable leaders and their teams to quickly understand and address critical business opportunities and issues, translating them into measurable milestones and actions that result in significant business performance improvements.
Prior to beginning his career as a consultant, Mr. Moruzin led a Global Organization Change consulting practice at the IBM Corporation responsible for the design and delivery of major leadership and change initiatives. These initiatives included the ACT (Accelerate, Change, Together) methodology which is an adaptation of the GE Work Out change methodology. Other initiatives he led focused on leadership and team effectiveness, and strategic leadership, helping clients align their business strategy and priorities with marketplace realities to dramatically improve business results.
In addition to his consulting experience, Mr. Moruzin has more than 20 years experience as a leader and practitioner in multiple Human Resources disciplines, including employee relations, industrial relations, compensation and benefits. His broad experience has helped his clients successfully achieve measurable improvements to their business results – areas of improvement include: increased revenue and profit, increased customer and business partner satisfaction, increased operating efficiency by reducing costs and cycle time.
Mr. Moruzin attended Iona College in New York, majoring in Management, is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) via World at Work (formerly the American Compensation Association) and has successfully completed the Hay Group’s Managing Motives for Performance Improvement leadership training program.

Marcia has a distinguished international career, consulting to successful senior leaders as they work to transform themselves and their organizations. She serves both as coach to line executives and other key talent as they build their performance excellence and as consultant to Human Resources professionals as they enhance their organizations’ talent management capabilities. A U.S. citizen with years of residency in London, U.K., she has led cutting-edge consulting and development projects in the U.S., U.K., Continental Europe, Canada and China. She has deep expertise and a record of innovation in professional education, change management and organizational development.
Marcia gained her foundational skills in professional education as Senior Instructional Designer for Arthur Andersen & Co., where she led the design of the accounting industry’s first truly global professional development programs. Her passion for holistic learning and development – recognizing the criticality of balanced changes to the environments in which learners work – started her on her subsequent career journeys into change management and organizational development.
As Senior Manager for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Marcia co-founded the firm’s U.K. and firmwide Change Management Services practices and, ultimately, founded her own firm, Change 2 Ltd., the U.K.’s first virtual professional services organization. Serving as thought partner to her executive clients at such leading organizations as IBM, Ford, BP, London Transport, Lloyds of London and the U.K. House of Commons, she managed some of Europe’s most celebrated corporate change initiatives. In addition, she developed the U.K.’s first company-specific MBA program, in collaboration with two of the country’s premier business schools.
As Senior Organization Leadership Consultant for IBM, she coached IBM’s senior executives in achieving greater business value for their clients, increased profitable growth for IBM and performance improvement for themselves and their teams. In addition, she led the design of IBM’s new leadership development programs and on-line development tools for IBM executives, earning numerous awards of distinction from the company.
Marcia holds a BA in Education and an MA (Honors) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri – Columbia, with three years doctoral studies as a Peabody Scholar and recipient of the University’s Graduate Teacher Award for Excellence. She is past President of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), U.K.
