* putting the welfare of the company [or organization] first, 
* fierce and unwavering will to win, and
* total absence of personal ego - demonstrated by unwillingness to take _personal_ credit for organizational accomplishment.

In Collins&#039; studies, his team found that each of these attributes can&#039;t be done in a &quot;PR&quot; way, with spin - but are attributes that such a leader embodies in his/ her center as authentic.  See www.jimcollins.com for more.</description>
