A former advertising/marketing executive, Kelley Black founded Balancing the Executive Life™ (BEL) in 2007, with the blessing of world-renowned Naam Yoga Therapies Founder, Joseph Michael Levry PhD, MSIE. BEL is designed to meet the needs of both individuals and organizations. Kelley’s customized coaching, leadership development and wellness programs help people show up as their best selves in/out of work.

Kelley is an internationally recognized expert in Naam Yoga Therapies and its application to building a better brain (neuromanagement), leadership development, resilience, work/life balance and self-healing. BEL programs include Naam Coaching, Better Together, Women, Money & Manifestation, Maximizing Your Internal Competencies, Empowering Organizational Energy and Conscious Communication. Major media including ABC News, Huffington Post and Wallet Pop frequently call upon Kelley to lend her expertise in these areas.

Kelley is a co-author of Women on Fire: 20 Inspiring Women Share Their Life Secrets (and Save You Years of Struggle). Her 2010 speaking engagements include Women in Health Management, WICT Women in Cable Telecommunications, Omega Institute and Working Mother Media Work/Life Congress. Kelley is affiliated with Advanced Medicine of New York and is currently part of a pilot program to enhance well-being at NYU Medical Center (Epilepsy Department).

Marcia has a distinguished international career, consulting to successful senior leaders as they work to transform themselves and their organizations. She serves both as coach to line executives and other key talent as they build their performance excellence and as consultant to Human Resources professionals as they enhance their organizations’ talent management capabilities. A U.S. citizen with years of residency in London, U.K., she has led cutting-edge consulting and development projects in the U.S., U.K., Continental Europe, Canada and China. She has deep expertise and a record of innovation in professional education, change management and organizational development.

Marcia gained her foundational skills in professional education as Senior Instructional Designer for Arthur Andersen & Co., where she led the design of the accounting industry’s first truly global professional development programs. Her passion for holistic learning and development – recognizing the criticality of balanced changes to the environments in which learners work – started her on her subsequent career journeys into change management and organizational development.

As Senior Manager for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Marcia co-founded the firm’s U.K. and firmwide Change Management Services practices and, ultimately, founded her own firm, Change 2 Ltd., the U.K.’s first virtual professional services organization. Serving as thought partner to her executive clients at such leading organizations as IBM, Ford, BP, London Transport, Lloyds of London and the U.K. House of Commons, she managed some of Europe’s most celebrated corporate change initiatives. In addition, she developed the U.K.’s first company-specific MBA program, in collaboration with two of the country’s premier business schools.

As Senior Organization Leadership Consultant for IBM, she coached IBM’s senior executives in achieving greater business value for their clients, increased profitable growth for IBM and performance improvement for themselves and their teams. In addition, she led the design of IBM’s new leadership development programs and on-line development tools for IBM executives, earning numerous awards of distinction from the company.

Marcia holds a BA in Education and an MA (Honors) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri – Columbia, with three years doctoral studies as a Peabody Scholar and recipient of the University’s Graduate Teacher Award for Excellence. She is past President of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), U.K.

Amy’s career spans both corporate and consulting roles, enabling her to provide clients with a balanced and business-oriented perspective. Leveraging a graduate degree from the University of Minnesota’s renowned industrial and organizational psychology program and 20 years of experience with assessment and measurement, Ms. McKee helps her clients enhance the talent that powers their companies’ success.

Ms. McKee gives expert advice and assessment services related to talent acquisition, leadership identification, and development insights. She has led projects on organizational transformation, competency modeling, candidate management systems, and many types of assessment, including selection tests, work simulations, performance appraisals, 360° feedback, and surveys. She is particularly skilled at developing and administering customized assessment centers and tools such as phone-based simulations. With every project, she focuses not only on delivering high quality, scientific design, but ensuring pragmatic, outcomes-focused implementation.

Ms. McKee built her early career as a consultant at the highly respected firm, Personnel Decisions Research Institutes, and then sought out a corporate role at American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise Financial). While heading sales recruitment and selection, she was recognized for her savvy collaboration with field clients and her ability to balance their expansion goals with rigorous psychometric and legal requirements. In fact, she led the design, development and national rollout of a selection system that ultimately won a global quality award.

Additionally, Ms. McKee is a Six Sigma Blackbelt, trained as part of the American Express initiative to ingrain this quality and efficiency program into their culture. She is also a certified Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) administrator and interpreter, a robust measure of emotional intelligence, trained by the company founder.

Ms. McKee is the past President of Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work, the local chapter of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP). She is an associate member of SIOP and has presented at its conferences.

A passionate communicator from birth (and a professional for the last 18 years), Kristin brings strategic and tactical communication, organizational effectiveness, leadership development and employee engagement expertise to her clients and company assignments. Her breadth of corporate experience ranges from a global, high-tech Fortune 500 company to a $5B regional health insurance plan, an entrepreneurial financial services firm and a software development company serving the convenience store industry.

In addition to award-winning communication skills, Kristin has in-depth knowledge and experience in employee engagement strategy, organization integration, learning & development initiatives, leadership coaching, 360° assessment and employee survey design, as well as external communications and public relations. She’s an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC), a recipient of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Award of Excellence, a Silver Quill competition judge and a member of the IABC accreditation exam evaluation team. Kristin also serves on the programming and membership committees for the HR Leadership Forum of Southern New England and is a member of the Council of Communication Management.

Kristin has extensive experience with large and small companies, both privately and publicly held. She brings focused discipline and creative flexibility to companies undergoing significant organizational shifts – from intense growth, IPOs, re-branding, M&A and new product launches to financial turnaround, downsizing and location closings. She works as effectively with C-suite leaders as she does with individual contributors at all levels of the organization, focusing intently on managers and supervisors as key influencers of employee engagement.
